Before you read my story, I want to share why I’m fundraising: I urgently need your support to
1) replace my broken sports wheelchair it cost proximally 7000 $,
2) get a new Ottobock prosthetic device after 6 years of use, it cost proximally 10000 $,
3) join in an international championship to improve my world ranking before the 2026 World Championship it cost proximally 3000$ Your help can make all the difference.

My name is Shaimaa Samy, a proud Paralympic athlete who has represented my country in many international, world, and continental championships, winning over 65 medals.
My dream is to qualify for the Los Angeles 2028 Paralympic Games and become the first Egyptian, Arab, and African female wheelchair athlete to reach this milestone.

Sports is not just an activity for me — it is my life, my strength, and my way to prove that determination breaks barriers.
But my journey now faces a big challenge:
My daily wheelchair is worn out after years of use and travel.
My sports wheelchair, used for over 12 years, was damaged twice during flights and is now slow and heavy, preventing me from training and competing at my best.

I also need a new specialized prosthetic device to support my training and performance, and funding to participate in an important international championship to improve my world ranking.

That’s why I launched this campaign to raise $20,000 in 45 days — to get the equipments i need
