Hi! My name is Sarah Allen and I live in Ottawa, Canada. This summer I did my first ever Ironman at Mont Tremblant, Quebec. I somehow managed to get a slot in the Female Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii THIS October 14!

I truly cannot wait to smile my way through another 3.8km swim, 180km bike, and 42.2km run.

The road to Kona has been the most rewarding experience ever, and I'm constantly amazed at how much I can push my limits. I'm excited to keep working hard so I can race even harder!
